BELANGRIK:
Voordat u met die aansoek voortgaan, moet u duidelik aandui vir watter onderrigmedium u aansoek doen:
- Afrikaanse medium
- Engelse medium
Hierdie keuse is bindend vir plasing en klasindeling.
DOKUMENTE BENODIG:
Maak seker die volgende is gereed om op te laai (kleiner as 1MB):
- Geboortesertifikaat
- Nuutste skoolrapport
- ID-foto van leerder
- Mediesefondskaart
- Ouers/voogde se ID’s
- Bewys van adres
BELANGRIKE KENNISGEWINGS:
- Aansoeke geskied slegs via hierdie vorm
- Alle dokumente moet volledig opgelaai word
- Toelating is onderhewig aan die kapasiteit van die skool en Departementele goedkeuring

This selection is binding for placement and class allocation.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
Please ensure that the following documents are ready for upload (smaller than 1MB):
- Birth certificate
- Latest school report
- ID photograph of the learner
- Medical aid card
- Parents’/guardians’ ID documents
- Proof of residential address
IMPORTANT NOTICES:
- Applications are to be submitted exclusively via this form
- All required documents must be uploaded in full
- Placement is subject to capacity and Departmental approval
