Dear Gr 7 Learners and Parents

You are warmly invited to attend the English Open Day.

Date: Tuesday, 17 March 2026

Time: 13:45 (learners may arrive from 13:30)

Conclusion: 18:00 – Learners will conclude the programme and depart with their parents from the school hall.

Learners making use of private transport may be dropped off at the A-field from 13:30. Please enter the school premises via the main gate.

Dress Code: Your school’s Friday attire

Meals: A light lunch will be provided.

What to Bring: Plenty of energy

Please remember to register as soon as possible. We look forward to seeing you there.

Parent Information

Parents will have the opportunity to tour the school and attend an information session during the event.

A coffee station will be available for parents in front of the chapel. Parents are welcome to join a school tour.

School tours will take place hourly at 14:30, 15:30, 16:30 and 17:30, during which information about the school will be provided.

At 18:00, learners will join their parents and depart together.

Secure parking will be available from 14:15 on the school’s B rugby field. Please use the gate near the gymnasium.
